All good things...

My favourite passtime is to read recipes, look at pictures of food and also just thinking about delicious food... It sounds obsessive but to be creative with cooking and baking, one needs a lot of inspiration!

My recent focus has been large cakes, and today I decided to take a look at ice-cream cakes! I must admit I have never made one or ate one, but in all fairness, it is just ice-cream in the shape of a cake...
